Engagements start with our business development team โ they handle initial discovery, scoping conversations and proposal preparation. You'll work through a structured requirements workshop before any price is agreed. A detailed scope-of-work precedes every contract.
You'll meet senior leadership โ including the founders โ during the proposal review and at key project milestones. We don't reserve leadership access for enterprise deals only.
Each project has a dedicated team of 4 to 8 people โ engineers, designers, QA and a project manager. Omka Tech employees are working remotely or full time from our Noida delivery centre. Our co-founders oversees delivery operations across all engagements โ running PM directly on smaller projects, acting as escalation point on larger ones. She stays close to timelines, team rhythm and client communication. They stay involved in technical architecture and client continuity โ particularly on complex builds, AI integrations and platform-scale projects.
